How we work
1. Initial Consultation
We begin with a phone consultation to discuss your renovation plans in detail. This allows us to understand your requirements, preferences, timeline, and overall vision for the space.
2. Showroom Meeting & Concept Draft
Next, we invite you to visit our showroom for a more in-depth discussion. During this session, we will draft a scaled floor plan and prepare a preliminary 3D render to help you visualize the proposed layout and design concept.
Please note that this is a conceptual draft intended to provide a clear idea of how the space may look and feel. It is not the final design. Based on this proposed plan, we will also present a detailed quotation.
3. Design Development & Personalisation
Once the concept is aligned, we move into the detailed design phase. We refine the layout, materials, finishes, and design elements to ensure the space is thoughtfully customized to suit your lifestyle and preferences.
*Kindly note that all design presentations are conducted in person at our showroom. We do not provide online meetings for this stage of the process.*
Disclaimer
If you have a busy schedule and are unable to attend multiple meetings (typically 3–4 sessions), please let us know in advance. We will ensure that the second meeting is conducted in greater detail to maximize efficiency and minimize the need for additional appointments.
